Evaluation of the effectiveness of the fungicidal effect of drugs against pathogens of cultivated grapes (Vitis vinifera L.)

The Vitis vinifera L. cultural grape includes many varieties that are highly valued in winemaking and viticulture, as raw materials for the production of fresh dried berries, wines. fruits grapes play an important role medicine, where they used a source substances with high antioxidant activity. Grapes often affected by phytopathogenic fungal infections. In recent years, large number reports have appeared literature about acquisition resistance microorganisms to industrial pesticide preparations, which turn leads increase drug doses, multiplicity treatments accumulation harmful environment plants themselves. this study, we evaluate effectiveness fungicidal action preparations plant extracts relation two native species fungi (V1 V2) isolated from leaves cultivated grapes, well against phytopathogen Alternaria solani K-100054. Minimal inhibitory (MIC) concentrations (MFC) were detected each sample. Ethanol showed low antimycotic activity cultures grapes. Activity started 0.0625%. best result among fungicides was shown “Maxim”, whose MIC values 0.097 μg/mL, MFC varies between 3.125-12.5 μg/mL pathogens V1 V2, respectively.
